Pharmacy Clinical Manager
As the Pharmacy Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for department operations while developing and implementing policies and procedures to help our patients make the best use of their medications. You will develop competencies ensuring our patients experience excellent pharmacy service. You will ensure Stakeholders not only comply with all hospital, company and governmental rules, regulations, standards and policies, but also follow proper medication distribution processes ensuring care providers can conveniently access and administer safe, accurate medication doses to our patients. As required, you will be asked to function as Director of Pharmacy during their absence and perform the duties necessary to maintain departmental operations.

• Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
• Current Oklahoma pharmacist licensure required, board certification (BCOP) preferred.
• Five years hospital pharmacy experience and two years increasing supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Oklahoma and federal pharmacy rules and regulations, Joint Commission Standards and CMS conditions of participation.
• Skilled using pharmacy automation, pharmacy and MS Office computer systems.
